What exactly do I need to know about maintaining a website with Cloudways?

Straight up – I’m not a developer. And I have no interest/time to learn server management.

I’m a small business owner who taught himself how to build a basic website and learn the essentials for WordPress and some speed optimization.

It’s time to change hosts, and it seems like Cloudways/Vultr HF is the way to go. But I’m pretty nervous about whether it’s actually managed, and I’m reading mixed reports about customer support there.

I have had one primary blog/services website generating about 25K pageviews/month, a couple of subdomains, and three email addresses.

What exactly am I going to need to know about maintaining a Cloudways hosted website? I get that it’s managed, but it also has a reputation for being ‘complicated’…

I’m currently with WPX. Despite the hype, can’t say I’m thrilled by the performance.
